my bothers acc has been ip banned and i donno if it affects my acc cuz we use same pc and i cant log in

hello larry iwas trying to log in today buy it says no response from server and my bro was banned yesterday his acc was nouh mine is youssef but when i try to log in it wont let me can u please take off the ban or tell me if that ip banned means anyone who plays on thats pc thanks.
